​In a session with Maria I felt myself 'coincide with me' again, in area's of my body where I experienced discomfort.
The nice thing is that I can surrender to where  and how she touches me, and that she also asks for my active participation, for example by breathing into certain area's. That dynamic makes it like an interplay, a conversation without words.
​The cramp in my left shoulder was lead back to a place in the right part of my lower back. It is really subtle how she explores that and solves it in one session.
