Your body is a gift
and a clear mirror of your felt truth

What people say after a session

"If you feel you need a new body before the treatment — afterwards you know you do NOT."

"I feel grounded and energised, as if I stand in my feet and rest into my pelvis. Every footstep releases an electrical current."

"My body feels whole again. This is how my body is meant to feel."

"The pain disappeared. And didn't come back."

Welcome to wellbeing

Something shifts when the body finally gets the space and acknowledgement, it's been waiting for. In our sessions, that's what I'm after — an invitation for your body to arrive, to settle, to be met.

We take 2 hours for your body and you.
Because that is the space most people need to truly land.

I work as a structural bodyworker with years of education in fascial release, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, trauma-informed bodywork and systemic knowledge.

I discovered from lots of 'hands-on'-listing how I can tune into the soft-tissue architecture of your body and work from what I receive there.

The result is both — relief of issues where it was needed, and a body that feels like yours again.

People come to me with:

Somatic complaints · Trauma  · Early attachment issues · Emotional numbness · Life & integration questions  · Recovery after injury or long-term illness · Fatigue, sleep issues · Headache, neck and back pain · Nerve pain and tingling · Unexplained internal pain · Pelvic complaints and menstrual issues · Muscle tension, stiffness, numbness · Imbalances in symmetry, leg length, pelvic tilt

How it works

Every session starts with a brief inquiry — your questions become part of my focus. I work with your body as a whole, using subtle and precise manual techniques into the deeper layers, inviting your breath, chemistry and exchange in the tissues, and above all: emotional relaxation.

Your presence matters as much as my hands. We work together, staying close to where you are.
Every physical symptom is your body's way of asking for attention. How — we often talk about that during the session.

A few days — sometimes weeks — after a session or event, I like to check in with you. Not as a must or formality, but because often I genuinely want to know how things landed, and what unfolded.

Planning your session
I offer private sessions in Driebergen on Wednesday and Friday afternoons and evenings.
When you plan a session, allow yourself the rest of that day — or ideally the next day too.

A session can be quite a reset, and the time after is just as important as the time during. I'll often give you something to take home to help anchor and integrate.

Please wear or bring comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. I work mostly over clothing, which gives me better grip.

Cancellations
Life happens — I get it. Rescheduling or cancelling is free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. After that, depending on the situation, I may charge 50–100% of the session fee.

The surroundings
Landgoed de Horst is a beautiful place to arrive early or linger afterwards. Walk the labyrinth, explore the grounds, or settle into the cozy hallway with a cup of tea and something to read. In summer, there are hammocks outside. And within five minutes you'll find yourself in the forest.

Address:
Landgoed de Horst - De Horst 1, Driebergen
Building 7, Vossensteijn

There are two entrances, one from the Horstlaan and the other from the Hoofdweg.

You can drive slowly over what seems a 'bicycle lane' and find one of the parkings
(marked yellow on the map above).

The nearest parking is P2, but is often full.  I recommend P1, there are almost always spots left!

Follow the signs towards building number 7 called Vossensteijn (the building above this text).

Ring the bell at the entrance of the hall, a yellow knob that says 'linksboven'.
I can open from above, and will come to find you.
