We are relational beings
Attunement is the bridge

Me as a host, trainer, process facilitator

My role is rarely the loudest in the room. I prepare and guard the process — preferably together with those involved. I tend the flow, ask the question that shifts something, bring air or movement when the moment calls for it.

I notice quickly what someone needs. And often, what the group, system or project needs, that nobody has said out loud yet. I bring people into contact with each other and with what matters — and I help open up a sense of what's possible.

I don't shy away from discomfort, and I invite others to do the same. When communication breaks down, I help turn it toward something constructive.

Sometimes I suggest an informal get-together. Sometimes I play music. Sometimes a process, that unlocks what a year of meetings couldn't.

A systemic lense

Most problems in organisations are rarely problems of individuals — they're symptoms of a context.
So I look at the whole: the relationships, the history, the unspoken agreements, roles people play without having chosen them. What the system is asking for that nobody has said out loud yet. What wants to die, and what wants to take root.

At times, what a moment needs is a form of ceremony; a process that marks a threshold with intention — so people sense something actually shifted.

Organisations are often good at asking what serves their goal— and less practiced at asking what serves the growth of the people within it. Both questions matter. A system that ignores the second one will eventually feel it in the first.

Experience

I bring with me varied experience in leadership training and group facilitation — including work with government organisations navigating enormous complexity. Helping people find balance, clarity, and humanity in systems that can feel anything but human.

My background as a group host includes many seasons as a trekking guide in the Cretan mountains — leading people through demanding terrain with safety, ease, and a good sense of what a group needs. That same quality of presence travels with me into every leadership or facilitation context. And yes — some trajectories can unfold in combination with time in nature or hiking.

Who I work with

"You are making an enormous leap in professionalisation within COA. We will never forget this."
— Participant, leadership training Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers
I'm particularly drawn to working with people in government organisations, municipalities and public sector, that sense that something needs to change from the inside out — but haven't found the right conditions or language for it yet.

Many organisations I encounter are caught in silos, unspoken fear, and conditioned ways of moving. People who want to make a difference but have learned to stay small. Teams capable of so much more than their current culture allows.

I don't come in with a framework or a fixed programme. I come in with presence, listening, and the ability to create conditions where people feel safe enough to actually share themselves and move — and think differently.

When it makes sense, I help bridge the gap between the organisation and the people already active in their communities. Because the answers are often already there — just not yet in the room.

How I work

For larger groups or assignments, I collaborate with a freelance co-trainer or agency bringing complementary skills — so the work stays grounded and well-held from multiple angles.

I preferably work together over a longer period of time. A combination of group sessions and individual sessions allows us to work at both the collective and personal level.
