When that quality is present, the body naturally co-regulates, regenerates. Regeneration means continuously 'being formed or born anew'. Do you surrender your attention there?
Well, that’s what Regenerative embodiment academy is designed for: to get in touch with the never ending depths of your body's hyperintelligence and aliveness.
Regenerative Embodiment Mission
Maria: "My intention with the Regenerative Embodiment Academy is to put the intelligence that our systems have on the map powerfully, and to make this knowledge accessible to as many people as possible.
I truly believe that people's quality of life would be higher, when this 'language' would be a common one, between parents and children, dear ones, friends, and even as a new dimension in daily and professional life.

How?
Regenerative Embodiment offers a safe space to practice and discover. With principles plus theory as an anchor points, during observation. To help ground space holding and manual techniques with a regenerative effect.
It is about finding 'the sweet spot' - the place where you either in contact with yourself or in connection with the other, experience mutual real connection. This sweet spot means access to the charging station. Where that which wants to move is given space. Coinciding with wellbeing.
For Whom?
For all people who want to turn up the volume of their body intelligence, and like to explore inner space, together.
If you are already running your own bodywork practice, and are looking to expand and finetune your knowledge, this is for you!
Participants are invited as a co-creators of the learning process; your input is greatly valued.
After all, everybody is a singularity, and experiences different interfaces and connections while interacting with others. That is what makes every connection and every physical exchange unique.
Participate?
You are welcome to join in pairs of two, so that you can exchange and practice together after or in between training days.
By partaking in this experience together with someone you love and trust, you help to maintain a high quality exchange between participants. To ensure personal attention for everyone, the maximum is 10 people per group.
