• Get the very basics about integral anatomy - things everyone should know about the internal magic of the body
• Learn to interpret and follow the subtle languages of the body's tissues, to improve your vocabulary in touching and intimacy
• Listening and liberating touch in daily life to regenerate

REGENERATIVE EMBODIMENT & TOUCH 

During this hands-on experiential journey deep diving together, you are invited as a co-creator of the learning process; your input is greatly valued. After all, everybody is a singularity, and experiences different interfaces and connections while interacting with others. That is what makes every connection and every physical exchange unique.

Integral anatomy covers not only knowledge about the different tissue layers and ecosystems of the body, but includes the interaction with your internal and external environment. This knowledge can enhance the quality of your physical experience when doing sports, exercise, work, anything!

You will learn forms of listening and liberating touch, fascial and cranial techniques to access the bodies innate ability to regenerate.  You will learn how to pick up on the cues given from the body under your hands.

​One principle honoured is that the giver is also a receiver. The approach includes an awareness that goes beyond just touch, but also includes spoken language and precise understanding of what true space holding entails. 

Maria will serve as a source of information and share her knowledge as a bodyworker, specialised in fascia amongst other disciplines, like cranio sacral work and visceral manipulation. If you are already running your own bodywork practice and are looking to expand and finetune your knowledge, and want to exchange with other skilled practitioners under the guidance of Maria, this is possible too. All groups are selected carefully and contain maximum four people.
